Our primary space is at our Tewantin Studio and we are now also offering Tuesday sessions from our Noosa Clinic on the main street of Noosa Junction.
We are also excited to announce that you can now book in for Heartworks Lomi Lomi massage with Paul’s wife Michelle! After joining Paul for our ‘4 Hands Heartworks Lomi Lomi massage’ offering and receiving exceptional feedback, Michelle is now offering individual sessions.

I genuinely love what I do, I feel like there is no separation between this work choosing me and me choosing it, I know that I am a better version of myself because of it and I am in awe of all that I am yet to learn.
Born to be a farmer in a small town community, my grandfather, mechanic by trade, gifted me his massage table at age 12. This sparked a passion in me that grew to lay dormant during years of high school, travel, family and a building career. And so, even as a ‘successful’ husband, father, friend, company owner and home owner; I was unable to stop the current of life pulling me towards my true calling.
This current lead our family to travel Australia, a journey where I received my first ever Ka Huna massage from Erin Reece at Body Solace in Kuranda QLD. I was blown away, a completely new experience, the holy grail of massage, I had found my calling and the transition from mainstream tradie to ancient Hawaiian style bodyworker had begun.
This transition was not a smooth one! By allowing perceived core values and structural life pillars that had provided both stability and stagnation to crumble, the perfect platform was formed to re-build from! It was during this time that I was able to articulate that I wanted to be around people who were willing to be vulnerable, real, and raw. And so, the community and practice of Ka Huna Bodywork at Mette’s Institute proved to be the perfect fit!
My questioning of Ka Huna Bodywork’s origins and lineage along with my own self-doubt at being a person born in Australia offering an ancient Hawaiian practice also led me to go and do further training on the land in Hawaii. This proved to be invaluable and provided me with many of the answers I was seeking. Kahu Abraham, a revered Hawaiian Kahuna, is known to have said when teaching ‘outsiders’ that it is not a matter of blood, it is a matter of spirit.
I respect absolutely every person who lands on my table and especially appreciate those who choose to be vulnerable however that may look. Whether it be just walking through the door, speaking up, allowing an emotion to move, or to feel a feeling. This work has a way of finding our edges and while careful to not push over the edge I welcome it being met.
I also hold deep respect and appreciation for my teachers and mentors who have shaped my offering to be what it is today.

Hi, I’m Chelle. I love offering (and receiving!) Heartworks Lomi Lomi massage.
After 40 laps around the sun, I am extremely grateful for my journey so far. I enjoy simple things in life like nature, connection and fun. I love living in the Noosa District with my amazing husband (Paul) and four beautiful children.
Originating in country Victoria, I trained as a Primary School teacher and enjoyed my role as an educator and busy mum. Now, after deep life journeys, major life transitions and kids all at school and more independent; I recognized how much energy is given externally in this busy world. I have witnessed and experienced transformation for myself and others when allowing space to stop, reconnect and balance one’s internal system.
I have a genuine love for working with people and am grateful that I have been able to grow and expand my skillset. Receiving bodywork has inspired me to offer this nourishing gift to others and welcome other divine vessels to stop, exhale and receive.
